The newly harvested crop from procurement to processing, and until the final packaging, follows stringent quality checks at every step. Carefully hand picked, cleaned, fumigated, Sortexed and naturally polished by ultra modern machinery to ensure that all the natural goodness of the pulses are retained. Our focus has been on using new current crop and superior technology as the means to achieve taste and quality. Highly nutritive pulses are purely Indian in taste. Our processing unit takes all types of pulses as raw material input, applies cleaning and filtration, rolls for pitting operation and applies oil through oil machine. This further goes in dryer for controlling moisture contents and is conditioned by applying water. This now moves to rolls for moving outer covering followed by cleaning/ filtration and flouring for splitting operation.

This process moves further with polisher for brightening appearances, sortex for removing unwanted inferior quality pulses and other foreign particles and then is sent to automated weighing and packaging to give high quality, natural balanced product. All shipments are done through desired means of logistics to reach you in intact and best form.
